Working Terms
All design and creative work by Daniss Godoy is provided under mutual respect and clear communication.
Before starting any project, scope, timelines, and payment terms are agreed upon in writing.
Ownership: Final deliverables are transferred to the client only after full payment is received. Drafts, sketches, or rejected proposals remain the designer’s intellectual property.
Revisions: Each project includes a limited number of revisions, defined before work begins. Additional changes may involve extra fees.
Deadlines: Deadlines are estimated according to project complexity and workload. Delays caused by client feedback or late materials may extend the schedule.
Payments: Payments are made via agreed methods (e.g., bank transfer, USDC, PayPal). Deposits are required to initiate the project.
Usage Rights: Clients may use the final files only for the agreed purpose. Reselling or redistribution without permission is not allowed.
